Monarchs Rising exists to help girls recognize their value, strengthen their confidence, and develop the skills they need to lead, grow, and thrive.
Through a structured 12-week empowerment experience, participants are guided through age-appropriate lessons and activities focused on confidence building, leadership development, personal growth, communication, decision-making, and self-awareness.
The program is designed to meet girls where they are, with separate experiences for elementary, middle, and high school participants, allowing each group to engage with topics in ways that are relevant to their stage of development.
Our goal is not simply to inspire girls for a moment, but to help them build a stronger foundation for the future — one rooted in confidence, purpose, resilience, and leadership.

Monarchs Rising is a 12-week empowerment program created by Women of Hope SMC to help girls strengthen their confidence, discover their voice, develop leadership skills, and build a healthy sense of identity and purpose.
Each class combines meaningful conversation, guided activities, practical life skills, and age-appropriate lessons designed to encourage girls to think bigger about who they are and who they can become.
